...as were we and they didn’t look good. our ceiling—particularly in the living room and hallway—had suffered as a consequence of all the roof leaks. there were obvious repairs; obvious because they were not done well. repairing it well meant replacing all the damaged drywall, spackling, sanding, spackling again, sanding again… you get the idea… and finally painting.
