...although the bathrooms were redone in 2008, their ceilings were not in good shape. since they lacked ventilation (other than a window which we doubt was ever opened) the moisture had been accumulating since then. thankfully, most of the damage was superficial and the drywall did not need to be replaced. so, Manny took on the job to sand, spackle, re-sand, seal, and paint the bathroom ceilings and he did a fantastic job!
